Barre Flow

Barre flow is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This class delivers a full body workout, that is perfect for targeting core muscles, and toning your glutes and legs. Barre flow is a low impact class that is easy on the joints through fluid-motion to some of your favorite new-soul, and R&B jams.
